What is Battodo?

Battodo is a traditional Japanese martial art centred on the disciplined use of the sword. Training emphasises precise movement, focus, posture, and calm awareness through structured kata, cutting practice, and foundational conditioning.

At Nintai Kai, Battodo is taught as a long-term practice - developing balance, resilience, and clarity of mind alongside physical skill.
